The mission of Friends and Foundation, St. Helena Public Library supports Library services through fundraising and advocacy.

Vision: The City of St. Helena fully funds the Library’s operations, and Friends and Foundation provides additional funding for enhancements, securing our Library’s place as one of the best in the country,
